Hello,
We have a requirement for an Outlook New Mail template to contain a block of text, which will be hilighted yellow. A user will then compose their email with this at the bottom.
When a user sends their email, if it's still hilighted yellow we need an alert to tell them to either change it or delete the block of text.
Is this doable. We're on Office 2010.
