Outlook 2010 rule not working as expected, ignores reply to in incoming email

I thought this would be a pretty simple rule to set up:

Criteria: From "xxx@xyz.com" and subject contains "ABCD"

Action: Reply using a blank template.

Pretty simple yeah?

1st problem is that it will only fire on the 1st message that matches these rules (per Outlook session)

2nd problem is each incoming email contains a unique reply to address which Outlook ignores, it simply uses the original from address.

Setup: W8/Outlook 2010/Internet email/No exchange server.
