Outlook adding an extra file extension

Hi all

I have a user who when she copies an attachment from one e-mail to another (why they do it that way, I just don't know) it adds another file extension.

The fix is to remove a specific update, but the user does not have that update installed.  After looking on various forums, they all have the same fix. Uninstall the update that the user does not have.

All of our updates are pushed out via WSUS and she is the only user having these problems.
