Outlook Grouping by Flag Shows Multiple Unflagged

Hello,

One of my clients is complaining that when they arrange their email items within Outlook 2010 by flag status and have them grouped, Outlook has two 'unflagged' groups (see attachment).

I've had a look and can't see why Outlook does this. There appears to be no difference between the emails stored in each group - they're sent to the same address. Can anyone shed some light?

Perhaps it's worth mentioning that there's no date cut-off for emails under the the 'unflagged' groups. That is, if a new email comes in, it seems pot-luck which group it shows under.

This is a Windows 7 64-bit machine running Outlook 2010 32-bit.

Thanks,
David
