Outlook 2010 Macro to set message font

When sending attachments from TP software, the Outlook message is generated with a default font that I do not use.

I would like to use a macro to set the font for the message to say Calibri 11pt.

My idea is that I can then place a button in the Quick Access toolbar to activate the macro and change the font in 1 easy step.

Can anyone assist?
