I have no problem sending or receiving e-mail from my home. At work, I connect to the company's network using a different e-mail account. I can send and receive e-mails using the company account; however, when I open my home account from work, I can receive e-mails but not send them. The are located in the out box, but do not get sent until I get home and connect to my home network. What is the problem. The IT Dept here says the problem is not with the company net work. What is the problem? I appreciate your help.
