I am trying to help a colleague with his QR code in his signature line. It shows up whenever he hits "new email", but when he goes to forward an attachment from the "send to> mail recipient" option from a drive on our network, the code portion of his signature line does not show.
Can anyone help me figure out how to get his QR code to show?
