Outlook 2010 64 bit (on Windows 7 Professional SP1) crashes (even on safe mode) on clicking "Outlook Properties" of any address

Hi,

Outlook 2010 64 bit (on Windows 7 Professional SP1) crashes on clicking "Outlook Properties" of any address (kindly check attached screenshot - referring this as Option I).

Same issue happens if we access Properties option from the address book (screenshot below:  - referring this as Option II):

On starting Outlook in safe mode, Option I is not available; however Option II is, and it crashes Outlook.
