I know something similar to this has been posted, but not exactly, so here goes.

Droid Bionic and Apple iPad2 using OWA and Certificates to grab email
Sometime in the last three weeks my email started to arrive in my inbox already marked as "read", and the ones that did arrive as "unread" changed in just moments right before my eyes with no movement of keyboard or mouse. This issue went on for about a week and then one Monday I arrived and it seemed fine, no issues at all. The email system appeared to be working just fine for about another week or so, and then out of no where (no changes made) the system started to act up again.
I have done the following:
Removed all ad-ons
Removed the profile from the machine and re-created
Removed the accounts from both the phone and iPad - no resolve
Does anyone have any instructions or insight on what is wrong or how to fix it? I thank you advance for your time and efforts.
