I have installed on some pcs office 2010. I am facing several problems with outlook 2010. Before some weeks ago everything was ok.
Suddenly I have problems such as.
1) I have set up correctly the settings about Purge messages but it deletes the messages directly.
2) Other times when I try to delete a message it says that the mail has already deleted.
3) Sometimes I cannot send or receive a message at all.
4)The problem seem to solve when I restart my pc but after while the problem start.
5) I try to remove the profile and create it again - no result
On the two PC I have windows 7 professional and to others windows XP
I try to reinstall the account and it seems to work for a while but after 1 or 2 days I have same problems.
I also reinstall office from scratch but same.
(I would like to refer that the problems its on more than one pc. No virus seem to be there)
