Cannot open Outlook 2010

I have been using Outlook 2010 on my Windows 7, 64 bit laptop for a couple years.  It just gave me this error:  Cannot start Microsoft Outlook.  Cannot open the Outlook window.  The set of folders cannot be opened.  Errors have been detected in the file C:\Users\.....\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst

I ran the disk check on my C drive (as suggested) and it said to use system restore, tried that and it just went back to check your disk C....... looping the same error and directions.  I uninstalled Outlook and reinstalled and I'm getting the same error.

Please HELP!!!
