Hi - I appreciate ur help...
1) I just bought a new computer and I am thinking of NOT activating Outlook at all this time and relying instead on the new Hotmail 'Live' to finally avoid using .pst files altogether which only seem to eat up my hard drive and space... is this a viable option?
2) If it is not, can I avoid saving my .pst files on my (new) computer's hard drive by forcing them to an external hard drive? My only worry is what will happen if I unplug the portable hard drive for a short stint and then and plug it back in a few days later... I'm worried that Outlook will flood it with a whole array of duplicates!!! It's not that I don't want to use Outlook... it's just that I don't want to kill my memory and disc space with .pst files!!
