Hi There
One of our users is experiencing a strange problem, whereby for one particular printer, their printer icon has been greyed out in Outlook 2010. They are able to print to this printer via a quickprint button, but cannot select any desired options, and obviously this isn't the solution. The user is able to connect fine to any other printer, and further to this, every other user in that office (8 others) can cannot and print to this printer fine in Outlook 2010.
The user with the issue is not experiencing this in any other MS Office programs (Word, Excel 2010) or other application. Things I have attempted so far unsuccessfully are as follows:
* Recreated mail profile
* Reinstalled MS Office entirely
* Reinstalled Printer + Driver
Any help regarding this would be much appreciated.
