I'm trying to customize the default contact form. The procedure I tried is as follows:
On the develper tab, Choose form, look in Standard Forms Library, opened "Contact" which opens up a blank version of the default form, click Developer Tab again, select Design This form and the form switches to a totally different form than the default. What's with that and how do I open and edit the default form? I know that I could probably then continue by editing this other form that came up, but the default form is closer to what I want for my end product. I had seen this funky switching of forms in a previous version of Outlook, and figured it was a bug, but it has shown up again in the 2010 version.
Also, once I know how to edit the default form, how to I apply this form to all of my contacts.
