My MS Outlook 2007 is Not Rec. ANY Incoming Emails since 9/30/2012, has worked great for two years.
BackGround Info:
- I use MS Outlook 2007 on Windows Vista with service pack 2 installed and all is updated.
- I can send emails just not rec. them since 9/30/2012.
- I use the one profile.
- No exchange used.
- Domain and email are through & supported with DoDaddy.
- Loggin into GoDaddy web mail online through their site I see all incoming emails.
- Iphone 4S I see all incoming emails.
- My desktop MS Outlook 2007 no incoming emails are seen since 9/30/2012.
- GoDaddy has run me through settings like incoming servers, ports, etc. and all is good.
- GoDaddy has helped purge all emails into a different folder to see if one is infected, still no MS Outlook 2007 incoming emails are seen.
- Click Send/Recieve and it completes the send portion, but stalls and never finishes the receiving. emails function.
- No email messages go into junk or other folders.
Please help ASAP....
