Need help exporting contacts and calender from outlook web access on an exchange server to Outlook 2007

I cant seem to find a way to Export my contacts and calender information out of OWA on our Exchange Server.. Anyone know of a way? My new office comps are using regular Outlook 2007. Thanks for any help!
