Outlook can not send from a specific computer while it receives

Hi guys,

I have a computer with Outlook 2007 that connect to exchange 2007, this computer can not send from a specific computer while it receives, when I logged into another computer it works fine.

I checked the rules, quota, delete the profile, however the problem remains.
