Big problem: Replace outlook contacts by new ones

Thank you very much for your help in advance. I have the following problem:

I added more than 2000 new contacts to my outlook database after scanning them with WorldCard Scanner, however, I did not control all of them so many have not been scanned properly and thus contain errors which makes them useless. The problem is that there already have been many old contacts in the database, so I cannot simply delete all the contacts.

I think it would be best to change the contacts in the WorldCard databank and then import them again into Outlook. However, then I have all of them twice.

How can I get rid of the "bad" ones? 

Can I maybe somehow delete all outlook contacts that I added at a specific date?

Any help and alternative solutions are extremly highly valued!! Thank you so much!
