Outlook 2010 Exchange mailbox name

Please Help!

i am searching online for hours to find how can i change the mailbox name in Office 2010 in a way that i will be able to diribute it afterwards.

i found that it can be done at the user's computer with MFCMAPI but i can't use it with OCT and implement it on the Installation.

since using office 2010, the mailbox name is not user's alias. its the user full Email address. i want it to be first and last name.
