I'm attempting to 'Link and Track Email Messages' using the Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2010. However, when trying from 2 different computers, I receive the same error message - 'Business Contact Manager for Outlook could not complete your last action or actions. Please try again.'
Is this issue related to using Office 365? I've searched this error message online and it appears to be very common, but I haven't found any solutions that work for me. For example, I've tried creating a new profile, I verified that my 2nd email account (gmail IMAP) is its own account inside of the profile instead of just opening up additional email boxes, and I don't have iCloud installed. Any assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated!
