User facing issue with outlook( Multiple emails being sent ) we have tried the below troubleshooting steps stills the same issue persists, hence request you to help out to resolve the problem
Troubleshooting steps.
- Checked if user has created any rules and found that there is no rules created.
- Tried reconfiguring the outlook still same issue persists.
- Configured the outlook in different system same issue persist.
- Disabled antivirus and then tested same issue persists.
