Good morning all
we have various users who have random emails, that when they have forwarded or replied to a email, the envelope icon is missing the purple or blue arrow. Please note the Icon column is there the envolpe is there but it is missing the reply forward arrows
this is outlook 2007 and exchange 2003, so far all users use blackberrys that sync through a BES.
most posts of this ilk have not had any fixes.
