When Exporting Contact records from Outlook 2010 to a CSV file, not all of the Contact records are exported. I moved 21 records to a new Contact folder as a test. Only 18 of the 21 records exported successfully. I tried it several times. The same 18 exported
sucessfully. It appears there is some flag or something that is preventing three of the records not to export. However, looking at the three records, there is nothing obvious that would prevent them from exporting.
